Narwal reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, the relevant product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the product description or pricing information, payment cannot be successfully completed, or Narwal reasonably suspects fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Narwal will refund the amount paid by you in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Price and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. The final amount payable by you, including any applicable delivery charges or other fees, will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Narwal and the relevant payment service provider to process the payment necessary to complete your transaction.

6. Delivery

Narwal will arrange delivery of purchased products to the delivery address provided by you during the ordering process. Any delivery dates or timeframes provided by Narwal are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of Narwal’s reasonable control, including product availability, logistics arrangements, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable consumer laws, responsibility for loss or damage to the products will transfer to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive the products.

Where an order contains multiple products, Narwal may deliver the products separately depending on availability and logistics arrangements.

7. Legal Guarantee and After-Sales Service

Narwal provides remedies for products that do not conform to the applicable contract in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Narwal website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Narwal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by Narwal or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from our website for commercial purposes without Narwal’s prior written consent.

Your purchase of any Narwal product does not transfer to you any ownership rights in Narwal’s intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade names, or other proprietary rights.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable laws of your country of residence. In particular, if the laws of your country of residence provide you with mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded, such rights shall continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

Narwal encourages customers to contact us first to resolve any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding orders, products, or services.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through communication with Narwal, the parties may seek resolution through the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable laws.

For consumers residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall restrict your right to bring a claim before the competent courts of your country of residence where such right is provided under applicable mandatory laws.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Narwal regarding your use of the website and purchase of products, and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter, except where otherwise expressly agreed.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and effective.

Narwal’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Narwal may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. Any updated version will be published on our website with the relevant effective date.

These Terms may be translated into multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
